After 10 years in the Delmar Loop, the U City Farmers Market has relocated to Heman Park in University City, offering visitors a new, scenic spot to enjoy the market experience. Shaded by trees and surrounded by green space, the park provides an inviting setting for the community to shop and socialize.

“At the Midwest Association of Farmers Markets, we’re always looking for ways to better serve our community of market-goers and vendors at the U City Farmers Market,” said Deborah Henderson executive director of the association. “While there are a lot of exciting new developments in the Delmar Loop where UCFM called home for many years, we thought there would be room for more growth and opportunities in a new location.”

The market continues to serve as a community hub where people of all ages can explore a wide range of offerings, from locally grown produce brought directly by regional farmers to artisanal foods, prepared foods and handcrafted goods.
